アルコールライセンス

LIQUOR LICENSE

アルコール飲料の販売等をするためには、アルコールライセンス（免許）を取得する必要があります。アルコール飲料を提供するレストラン、バー、パブ、カラオケ店、クラブはさることながら、小売店、卸売業者も対象となります。アルコールライセンスの申請は、その事業所が立地する地域を管轄する物品税局にての申請となります。ライセンスが発行されるまで約2日以上要します。申請料は1,100バーツとなります。同ライセンスは、毎年更新する必要があります。

ALCOHOL LICENSE

An alcohol license is required to operate a business in Thailand that sells alcohol (and cigarettes) such as restaurants, hotels, night clubs and karaoke bars.

An alcohol license application is submitted to the Excise Department with jurisdiction over the area where the business is located.

An alcohol license is valid for a period of one year and must be renewed each year.

The total process can take up to 2 days or more to complete.

The Excise Department charges a alcohol license application fee of 1,100 Baht.
