レストランライセンス

RESTAURANT LICENSE

200平米以上のレストランを営業するためにはレストランライセンス（免許）を取得する必要があります。（200平米未満の場合でも、届け出が必要となります。）レストランライセンスは、レストランが立地する地域を管轄する行政局にての申請となります。申請書の提出後、担当官によるレストランとなる場所の審査が実施されます。また、レストランで働く者は（全員）、食品安全、及び衛生に関する試験に合格をする必要があります。現場の審査、及び食品安全・衛生試験をクリアーしてから、レストランライセンスが発給されます。このプロセスは通常1カ月以上要します。ライセンスの申請料はレストランの大きさに比例するが100バーツ～3千バーツとなります。同ライセンスは、毎年更新する必要があります。

RESTAURANT LICENSE

​

A restaurant license is required to operate a restaurant business in Thailand. 

 

A restaurant license application is submitted to the District office where the restaurant is located. 

 

After submission of the application, the District office will send out an officer to inspect the restaurant premises. 

 

The employees of the restaurant must also take and pass a test given at the District office relating to food safety and hygiene. 

 

After the inspection and tests have been passed, the District office will issue the restaurant license. 

 

The total process can take up to 1 month or more to complete. 

 

The District office charges a restaurant license application fee of 100 to 3,000 Baht depending on the size of the restaurant.
